Well Its. been two weeks since my surgery.  I feel better about loosing the 15 lbs. so far.  I am eating small amounts like 1-4 oz at my meals and then have a snack and I am never hungry.  I think the biggest obstacle is trying to choose the right foods.  Any suggestions will help. 

Hi Guys, Im going crazy waiting for this day to come.  I am so nervous and omg I am wanting it and having second thoughts.  What to do huhhhhhhh!!!!!!  If you see this please support me. Im freakin out. LOL

Hello everyone:  Got my surgery date Oct 18, 2010 YAAAAAA can't wait!!! Wish me luck!

I cant beleive this took so long.  Im finally waiting for the nurse practioner to call me with the surgery date.  I need to complete another sleep study on 8/26/10 and one more nutrition class.  Im very nervous but relieved that my date is right around the corner. Happy Days are coming!

I met with the nutrisionist and she taught me about fiber and protein shakes.  Such small plates that I am still hungry after eating on a tiny saucer.  I finally got approved from the clinical pshc and now I have an appointment with the surgeon FINALLY!!!!  My 3rd class is next Tuesday July 20th. 

My surgeon requires 4 classes before the surgery.  Teaching you how to eat all over again.  My first class is coming up and I am getting excited, but scared too.  I just need some reassurance that this is really what I need to get rid of so many extra pounds causing health problems and back pain.  Hope that I have no difficulties after surgery.
