ok...9 months have gone by...im down to 184 pounds...size m/l shirt and 10 pants!!! feeling great and still losing...much slower and more work to lose now but im happy where im at i just have to work on toning toning toning!! this surgery was the best decicision i EVER made for myself!!!!!!
