One step closer to my goal

Ive now met with the nutrionist. We have set simple goals
1) eating veggies and / or fruit with every meal
2) eating 3 meals a day (challenge for me)
3) drinking more non-carbonated sugar free drinks
4) figuring out a reasonable excercise regime

So far most days i accomplish those goals but for me to eat 3 meals a day - i have to work hard. Its actually daily dilegence to be successful. Eating veggies and fruit isn't hard once i start to make something. I also am eating more whole grains, watching portions (successfully most times).

I went to the dr last Wed for something else and I am down 10#s from my heaviest. Its exciting. Nice to know things are working.
