8 1/2 months out.... maintaining

I have been maintaining my weight for the last year or more at 118-125 lbs.  I am size 0-2 and thrilled!!!!!!
I had a habit of gaining up every winter, then losing some, but had to cut out all carbs, go meat/cheese/proteins, minimum of 100 oz of water each day.  I drink a cup of coffee or so every morning, to curb my appetitie, then super load water, and only eat one primary meal per day.  I know this is not for everyone, but it is what works for me.

Some days I do eat more, other days not hardly anything, but I have taken control back and am where I want to be and stay.  If we don't deal with what are our triggers, emotional issues, then we gain back.  This surgery gives us the ability, but it's up to us to use it and do it.

I take tons of vitamins, superdose B-1 (SpringValley Brand only from WalMart).... minimum of 3 per day and up to 9 a day, which is a metabolism booster, helps regain short term memory, and build muscle.. amongst so many other things....

Sorry so short, but gotta get some sleep.  I don't get on here much and can't figure out how to fix my profile info.  My current BMI is 19.9 and I am 5'5".....
