I am off my diabetes medication !!
I  now weigh less than my husband !!
I weigh less than I have in twenty years !
I was in Stage 3 of obesity - Super Obese - now I'm in Stage 1 - Obese!!
I have gone from a size 26/28 to a 18/20 !!
I said NO to my chocolate birthday cake !
I eat better !!
I walked the Cape Cod Canal for 2 hours (about 6 miles !)
I've worn a tank top in public !
I can breathe better !
