hello I am back,so far I have lost 64 pounds in 3months that crazy,I was 298 now 234, I have discoved so much about my self,I now understand why I ate the way I did its so clear and hard that the same time before I had a problem or a painful memorie would come and i would eat,now I have to deal with which is really hard,somet times I cry and let it out or sometimes I fight and speak my mind,(which before I would just keep it in),but I am finally staring a new life.I am sooooooooooo happy,on the down side I lost my job like aweek before the surgery I guess god works in unknown way,but now all I need is a job and I will be perfectly happy.
