"My first impression of Doctor Krahn was that he was warm, gentle and kind to overweight people. I felt like he was speaking from experience and had a true repect and understanding of the problem. I found his office staff to be just as exceptional as he is. They were there with a smile, a warm greeting and made you feel like belonged, like as if you were at home. The office is the first office I have ever been into that accomidates over weight people. The chairs are oversized so you can sit in them easly without your sides sticking out.There is large soft couches so you can sit with ease. I just started with Dr.Krahn but so far my journey has been a positive note. I have not found anything that I could list as a dislike, other than the office and hospital is very far away. It took me over an hour to get to the facility. I know he really wants you to be invloved before and after in programs. I think that is best. He did describe the risks invloved with me and asked if I felt I could deal with them. "
"He is a very kind genetle man who listens to what you are saying. You never feel rushed or like he is just doing rounds. His staff is very friendly and always smiling. "
