"I've only met him briefly. He was at the seminar I went to in April 2006. He was very cordial and answered all questions confidently. I'll have personal vistis with him now that I have been approved. His office staff is wonderful. When I met with the dietician, it was with a group of other patients. I did not feel comfortable talking about my weight issues in front of other people, so she agreed to meet with me one-on-one. The insurance coordinator was extemely kind and professional, I think she was as happy as I was that I got approved!rnrnOkay,....Dr. Marvin is.....brilliant, professional, and cute as a bug's ear! (smile) His staff is wonderful, I'll always remember what he told me at my pre-op visit......I was so nervous, and I guess he sensed it. He told me, \"the risk of the surgery is less than the risk of you remaining at your present weight.\" After that statement, my fear was all but gone. "
