It's pretty amazing that every pound lost shows now. I feel pretty great too. My body is changing so much; I can feel bones everywhere that I've never felt before.The other day I walked into my aqua fitness class and the trainer shouted, "Damn girl, where'd ya leave the rest of you?" Ha ha!
