low on vitamin D - did my blood test with my nutritionist recently and my vitamin D was low. she suggested caltrate. do you guys have any additional suggestions?

I'm not turning back - well i had my surgery on aug 10th 2011 and i am down 35 lbs n its only been 10 lbs. my only regret is that i didnt do the surgery sooner.

WLS conditions - 2 more conditions to meet then i am off for the insurance approval. so excited, this is the beginning of the rest of my life!
