I've always been low on vitamin D. I take vitamin D supplements, but also another option is fake forms of light such as tanning. Or just sunlight. Surprisingly I don't go in tanning boothes to get tan, but rather I safely go in every once in a while (try not to over do it.) just to feel better. I usually end up feeling 20x better after I do. Always worth a try. I've also read up on a few studies where vitamin D deficiency is linked to weight gain and headaches. Good luck!

No problem, just be careful and take precautions. Such as sunscreen and limiting usage as needed.

The sunscreen might defeat the purpose.

My husband just had a skin cancer-y thing removed but the dermatologst told him that sunscreen would NOT be a good idea for him because ONE of the reasons he sits in the sun two hours every day is because of his psoriasis...it NEEDS the UV light to keep it at bay.
