I was a very active growing up and was always at a good weight.  I never really thought about my weight until my senior year in high school where I began to put it on.  I gained 20 pounds and then lost it.  In college I managed to maintain but I remember working very hard at it.  I was very active and that helped. 

Once I graduated and dug into my career I found less time for excercise and really started to gain. In just one year I had gained over 80 pounds and since then put on another 60 over the years.  Yo-yo dieting for the last 15 has left me where I am now and I'm hoping to put an end to that forever.

I'm a wife and a mom of two young children.  I'm doing this for me and my family so I can be my active self again.  I look forward to doing all the activities I used to!
