Wow so I have not posted all my thoughts and accomplished goals so far. Ok so surgery is scheduled for this friday 3/20/09 and I can't wait, for my second birthday. I've started the liquid diet and I have lost 19 lbs so far, and what a feeling that is.... I was in shocked and got on the scale 3 times and could not believe the numbers on the scale, so I borrowed my friends scale so I can verify the numbers and wow again the numbers were the same.Its jsut amazing that if you stick to the liquid diet you will loose weight and keep positive thoughts to keep you motivated. Support from true friends and loved ones that care for you makes it alot easier.
