Trying to get approval from PEIA

I have done my 1 year of weight loss with my doctor in order to get Roux-En-Y Gastric Bypass Surgery however, I have not loss the 10% that the insurance requires for approval. I have PEIA and have got the run around with all questions on what I need to do in order to get approved. They have told me that Aetna is handling the weight loss surgery but when I called Aetna they told me they did not have records on this and that I have to contact PEIA. It seems to me to that PEIA just gives the run around to people who has insurance through them. I have CHF and need to have this surgery ASAP. Therefore, Dr. Shin's office is going to do everything they can to help me get this surgery. So Dr Shin's office is going to sumit to insurance to see what they say. I will contiune you to move forward until I get an approval for the surgery.
