So even though I dont eat "bad" I def. do not try to get my protein in. I think I've fallin into this "the sleeve will just work" theory that I am terrified of. I have to REDIDICATE myself. I do not drink enough water, get my protein in, or take all of my vitamins everyday like i should.

TODAY IS A NEW DAY!!!!

I just received all of my paperwork from Susan and I have a lot of reading to do. I'm so excited!!! Although... I have to start my pre-op diet on Sept 24th! I'm going to need all the help I can get with that!!! I'm so excited... I can't believe this is actually happening!!!!

I'm so happy I could cry tears of joy!!! I just confirmed with Susan (dr.a's nurse) that my surgery will be on October 8th!!! So I fly out on Oct 7th and return on Oct 11th... gosh.... I dont even know what to say right now!!!!!

Thank God for this chance to change my life!!!

Now, I need to start preparing for traveling... what will I need?!? :)

I have researched for hours about Dr. Alvarez, VSG and the hospital. I am so excited and just can hardly wait!!! I'm shooting for mid-Decemeber so I hope that will happen. This experience is just going to make my life so much better... I know it. 

At this point I'm just trying to make sure I know everything I possibly can about the surgery! I wish stupid insurance covered it but of course they don't...
