Aqua fit tonight - this is my second time doing aqua fit tonight and than i will be meeting a trainer tomorrow night to show me the equipment and how to use the weights right without hurting myself....

First day at the ymca.... - i went to the ymca today and had my first aqua fit class today....i so enjoyed it and will continue to go four time a week.....it was soooooo refreshing and i felt good going.........
