3 month follow - i have my three month follow up on tuesday in ottawa.....i havent lost any weight since they saw me last....booo....hope they dont say anything......

HATES BEING SICK - I had the cold and flu for almost a week now.....and i am moving this weekend on top of it....i been taking tyenol for cold and flu....seem to help some....but i want this to go aw...

Question-sore throat - I have a sore throat and a cold....now i had this surgery what am i allow to use to for this sore throat and cold...for medication to help fight it....

New pouch is hurting - For the last two days....my pouch has been hurting...when i eat something.....the food stay down but hurts going in....i find i have alot of gas coming up also.....i am two months...

Two months out.....doing great - I am two months out now and doing really well....out walking and hiking.....i have more energy than i had in long time.....i am on a stand still with my weight but i am losing inch...

Best weekend ever.. - i had the best weekend ever....i hiked through the woods all weekend and also was able to eat a thanksgiving turkey dinner with my family....i am 6 weeks out and i am having a blas...

Down three clothes sizes in a month - Since my surgery in aug, i am down three clothes sizes....went from a 4x to a 1x and feels good getting back into my old clothes i havent wore for long time.....

would appreciate some advice - since i had surgery a month ago.....i find climbing up stairs and going for short walk totally takes a toll on my body....but everytime i climb 3 sets of stairs to get into my apt....
