Hi Maggie, I know you will do fine with your surgery, I had surgery RNY in Oct. 2009 went from 242 that was Jan 2009 as BC/BS required 6 months supervised weight loss before they would cover the surgery, so in Jan. 09 I weighted 242 I am at 145 today and in a size 12 from a 24, I feel great and I know you will do great..
