Well it's been a year and 8 months since my RNY. On November...

10 months out - As of today I am weighing 182. So I have lost 102 pounds. I am getting married on Friday December 21st and I will look so good in my dress.

7 months out - I have lost 85 pounds so far. I have a lot of lose skin and will be having it removed soon. 

My hair -  I am losing my hair in clumps everyday. Can anyone tell what I can do? I am drinking a shake everyday which has 30 grams of protein. 

Stand still -  Well I have been at a stand still for the past few weeks. I weigh 209 right now.

update - Todays weight at the Drs off was 216.  Yaaaa soon I will break the 200 mark.
