 i cant believe how fast time is going by. this past month has been the same  i workout do my spin classes:) i have lost a few lbs nothing huge but alteast it was acouple. i weighed in at 222 when i went to the docs. had the worst stomach bug for like 2 weeks maybe that what helped me loss some wieght. ive been going out and doing more its amazing how much better you feel about yourself when ya look better.. although sometimes i still feel like im huge. i wish that would go away. oh my hair is coming back in a bunch you shuold see the regrowth,its pretty funny wearing a size 18 pants. ive been selling a bunch of clothes on craigslist. love getting rid of clothes that are too big! woohoooo !
