..... Hmmm... Well I am the daughter of an amazing woman.  She has inspired me countless times. She had WLS in April of 2011 and his kicking ass and taking names!  She works out daily and keeps up with her daily regimen. I am on here to show support. She comes on to OH and tries to share the knowledge that she has learned on OH and from other sources.

I am over weight and need to have the support that is necessary for me to achieve my goal. Support is an important part of WL, it doesn't matter if it is surgery or changing your way of life. Everyone should have support. I don’t want to be a certain weight,  I just want to feel healthy. I am a nurse and don't want my weight to interfere with patient care. I feel sluggish and draggy, all the time. So I know I have to do this for my self and MAINLY my health!  So here goes...
