1th weigh in

ok. so i`ve decide that i`m gonna post my weigh progress. since i`m back on track. and hid my scale and all that.
I`m gonna post my weigh everytime i go to see my nutricionis that is like every 2 weeks.
so here are the numbers....... I`VE LOST 7.5 LBS IN 2 WEEKS AWESOME!!!.


1º  19/02: - 7.5 lbs._ weight 149 lbs.

EXERCISE: 6 times per week: 

                      -3 taebo(cardio)
                      -2 pilates.
                      -1 , 1 hr walk.
