"I was very lucky so far, I called on a friday to set up my appointment, I knew it would be a6 months wait. Stephanie was the nurse I spoke with, she said she had a cancelled appointment for the following monday. I took it! I was very glad that I called when I did, I truly believe that its time for my life to change. Dr. Snow came in, explained the surgery to us - it was close to 12 of us in the room-answered all the questions that we had. He was very honest about the surgery. I have worked in the healthcare field for years. I fine that to be a good sign. I'm waiting to hear from my insurance on my approval. I look forward to more visits. Mona "
