Wow!!  It has been a long time since I've posted.   Part of it was I had the world's slowest computer and I finally got a new one. 

I am down a total of 132#.  I can't believe I have lost a whole person!!  I have only 22# until I reach my next major weight goal.  I will then weigh 199#.  Onederland here I come!  I really wanted to have reached it by memorial day but I know that it isn't possible now.  I've been to relaxed with my activity.  But I do know that once I get serious again it will start to fall off. 

My weight loss has slowed dramatically sice January, I am averaging about 6# a month.  As I said before, I haven't been super active.  Also I know that after the 9th month weight loss generally starts to slow down.  I just can't wrap my mind around the fact that I have lost a whole person in 10 months!

I have finally posted before and after pics.  The before pic was taken last May and I had already started losing my 5%.  The after pics are from this last weekend and are almost taken a year ago to the date.  I understand why some people aren't recognizing me.  I have walked by several people and said hi and the just gave me a blank look.  then it finally sank in who I was!  I love it!!

On Memorial Day we are having family over, some of which haven't seen me since before surgery (since last Memorial Day).  I am very excited about showing my weight loss off.
