Wow!  I still can't believe what I see when I look in the mirror.  I have finally started going to the gym again.  It is so easy to fall off the wagon and even harder to get back on again.  I am determined to get this 22# off by my surgiversary!! 

With all of that said, maybe I need to kick myself this morning!!  I haven't eaten very well today.  But it's just the begginning and I have the rest of today to do better.

One thing that has happened is that I bought a size 16 skirt, and it fit!! I am so excited to be able to go to places like Walmart or Target and fit in their clothes.  Not just the biggest ones either.  I am now in to regular sizes in shirts, imagine that sizes XS-XL.  No longer 16-32!!
