Hi folks just a little update on how my progress is going, I saw the surgeon ( Dr Hagen) last week and picked up my optifast. My appointment was very brief, he weighed me again and took some notes and asked me how I was feeling and if I still want to and if I'm ready to do this. Of course I responded yes 
he sent me on my way and told me his secretary will take care of everything else that I need. His secretary Ella was super nice and helpful gave me my pre-op package optifast and my sick leave note for work. She told me that the hospital will be contacting me with my appointment with the anesthesiologist and pre-op which is about a 4 hour appointment.
Oh yeah and my surgery is booked for Friday March 15th!!

Good news!! I received a call from HRH yesterday for my trio appointment for next week, well I see the nurse and nutritionist on Monday and the dietician on Feb 11th. The nurse on the phone gave me a list of things that I need to bring and do but I am wondering if anyone can give me any more detailed advice on some of the questions or information that that I need to know or that they will be asking me please?
