I was recently transferred from Hamilton to Guelph because Hamilton had a backlog of patients.  My orientation was April 23.  I called today and made an appointment for the nurse for May 11 and for the dietician and social worker for June 8.

I had a call back at the end of March from Hamilton saying they had such a backlog that they would like to transfer me to Guelph.  I agreed and received a letter last week saying I have to do another orientation.  I had my Hamilton one in October 2014.
