I have two more days until I get a surgery date. I have to call my insurance company to see if the approval is in. I know they usually contact the surgeon's office before they send me a letter to let me know that it has been approved, and then the surgeon's office calls me to give me my surgery date and my next steps... Well I am so anxious I am not waiting on no one. I am going to call my insurance company on Monday the 3/14/11. To see if they have approved the surgery and if they have done so already I am going to call my surgeon's office and let them know that the approval is in so that I can go ahead and get scheduled. I have been waiting on this moment for quite some time now. I am ready to begin this journey. I have lost 16lbs on my own, and trying to loose anoter 14 before I have my actual surgery. I am hoping to get to that goal, that way I wont be soooo heavy going into surgery and it will lesson my complications and all. I pray that I am blessed with a pleasant experience so. I am not ruling out complications I am just giving that part over to God!!!!!I can do nothing when I am sleep on the table except have faith and give the situation to my Almighty FATHER!!!!So hopefully my next blog will be I finally have my date and it is time to start my 2week pre-op diet... Wish me luck all. I Have this vision in my head of what I want the new Martine to look like.. Body type and all. I dont want to be toooo skinny, I am from the south so I definately  want to be thick and healthy. Besides that is what hubby likes as well.. so No more Overweight and out of control Martine.. I HAVE A GOAL!!! and I am sticking to it.. Until next time.. I will see you onthe Losers Bench...SMOOCHES!!!!

I CALLED MY PHYSICATRIST TO SEE IF THEY HAD ANY EARLIER APPOINTMENTS SO THAT I COULD GET IN AND GET MY SECOND OFFICE VISIT ON. AT THE TIME THAT I CALLED SHE SAID THAT SHE HAD JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH SOMEONE THAT HAD CANCELLED FOR MONDAY. I JUMPED RIGHT ON IT. MY SURGEONS ASSISTANT SAID THAT IT TAKES TWO WEEKS BEFORE THEY CAN GET THE WRITE UP AND THE RESULTS FROM THE TESTING. I HOPE LIKE HELL THAT IT DOESNT TAKE THAT LONG. MY NEXT OFFICE VISIT IS FOR ME TO GET MY SURGERY DATE AND START MY 2 WEEK LOWCARB DIET. SO I AM SOOO HAPPY THAT I WAS ABLE TO GET MY LAST PYSCH APPOINTMENT MOVED UP SO THAT IT WILL SHORTEN THE PROCESS JUST A BIT..WISHME LUCK ***SMOOCHES****

I have recently finished my nutrionist appointments and my Psychiatric evaluation. I am waiting on my second appointment to tell me when my date will be. I am super excitied to start this new journey in my life. I have tons of support  and I am ready to go. I am glad that I chose the surgeon that I did. His office staff is the best and so is he. He is very straight to the point and lets you know the odds and ends of what you are about to go through. I am very excitied and still lookinf for pen pals in the Jacksonville/camp lejeune area. So If I could be of assistant to anyone please dont hesistate to ask.. I will keep you all posted and hopefully I will have a date scheduled for mid march. *SMOOCHES*
