Congratulations on your decision to make a positive change in your life. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. I wish you good luck, good health and a speedy recovery. I had lap RNY on Febr. 8. I had no real pain and I went back to work early because I felt so good. I hope your experience is as positive!

Hi Kirsten! Yes I remember sitting next to you and your husband and Dr. Jawad's. How wonderful that you found me! I didn't think I'd see or hear from anyone again. (Except Donna, the couple over by the water fountain).. her day is the same as mine. TOMORROW!! I see your date is on Wed. I'd love to see there, but hopefully I won't haha because that would mean I had complications. I should be home Tues. afternoon. My daughter will be thrilled to hear that you emailed me. As we were leaving the Dr.s office, you and your husband exchanged niceties with us. When we got to the car my daughter said.. "She's nice and she's pretty too"! Once we were at the hosptial, she was staring out into the lobby waiting for you, excited about seeing a familiar face in a strange place. I wish you all the best on Wed. for your surgery and a quick recovery as well. I'll check back on your profile and see how you're doing!
