Day 1 of Pre-op Diet

I have my VSG surgery date set for August 17th with Dr. Joya in PV, Mexico
Today was day one of the Preop diet. Just had lots of soup and water and yogurt.
The 99cent store actually has a lot of liquid options.
Wondering if you REALLY need to blow up 30 baloons a day for two weeks...
OMG....that's a heck of a lot of balloons
