I have been thinking about surgery for a while now.  I been over 330 lbs for almost two years and it is really taking a toll on my body.  I am having trouble doing the things I love, i.e. gardening and camping.   Bryan and I wanted to get kayak's for camping but the ones for our size were way outside the price range I wanted to spend.  The same thing happy when we looked at getting bikes.  We want to be more active and the stuff we want to do we are having a hard time finding stuff to fit.  So I talked to Bryan and said that that I was ready to look at other options then the multiple failed diets we been on.

Today we attend the weight loss seminar put on by INVOA Hospital System. I was thinking about getting the lab band but after the Seminar I learn that I need to think about a few things before picking the right option for me.
