Hi all,
I live in Newport News, VA and have Lap Band scheduled 9/20/07. YAY.
I have been heavy about 12 years since quitting smoking. Have done every diet known to man.....high of 250 and lowest was in the picture you see...about 180 last year. Had hysterectomy 10/06 and ended up gaining all my weight back PLUS 25lbs.
My husband and I are adopting and I want to be a healthy mom. I want to be able to get on the floor and play. I want to be able to go out without my weight being always on my mind.
I want to shop in the NORMAL section. I want to want to look in the mirror.......
UPDATE 1 YEAR LATER-- Halfway to goal, one month away from being a mom to a beautiful 7 yr old girl from VT and VERY HAPPY
