Exercise.

I have been doing exercise every day. I do Zumba mostly. I tried spinning today, I found it to be a real challenge, but it was great exercise. I am down to 188 and counting. I get a fill a week from tomorrow, I am glad. It is my second fill. People are noticing my weight loss, that is motivating. My husband does not say anything, I am not sure why. I am glad to be a part of this support site. I hope to get to a support group soon at my surgeon's office, I could really use the support. I have been sticking to my doctors orders, except I could be eating more. I will have to add some calories. Michelle.
