Started My Liquid Diet

I started my 14 Day Liquid Diet on July 20,2009 day after we came back from camping. Better Md products are not bad but the fiber drinks make me want to vomit. The shakes are not bad  Chicken soup good nice and hot. Felt Little lite headed this morning and a head ace. Notice I am tire but that could be from my trip. My start weight yesterday was 293.
