I am 6 days post op and doing "okay".  I'm having some hormonal upheaval, which I find weird.  I cried almost all morning this morning for no good reason.  I was down to 272.6 as of the date of my surgery.  Haven't weighed again yet so I don't know where I am now but have to have lost a bit more since I am abiding by the diet VERY strictly.  Did have a few complications and had to go to the local ER last night but all is okay now.  Gotta breathe deeper and clear up the fluid on my left lung, which is causing some shoulder and back pain as well. 

But I did it and I'm on my way!
