My name is Holly. I am a 20 year old student from Louisiana. My scheduled VSG is for October 23, 2009. I have struggled with weight my entire life and am so happy I am finally having this surgery. I am a little scared but I know in the end the results will be well worth it. I cannot wait to have confidence in myself and feel beautiful. I thank God that I am in the circumstances to be given this opportunity and I thank my parents and family for supporting me in the decision. I have the rest of my life ahead of my and I do not want to spend it ashamed of my appearance. I want to be able to shop in regular stores and go out with friends without feeling paranoid that people are making fun of me. I want to be able to finally be me. Its going to be an exciting but Im sure tough journey but I cant wait.
