Hey everyone! I am excited to tell u all that I am no longer super obese!!..I am just obese now..lol.. I am in a size 18 jeans and an x-large shirt!!!! Long way from a size 32 jeans and a 4x shirt.... I am down to 215 pounds... Im starting to tear up now tho cuz of the thought of this journey... Im getting to know my body all over again... I was trying to do handstands the other day, I was jumping around and all giddy cuz I feel so much more energetic... I still have no issues with food, its amazing how I look back and see the relationship I had with food, it was a BAD one.. but its good now, me and food are just friends..haha... I found a pic of me from 2 years ago in a bathing suit and I was about 335 pounds in it, so u should check it out and see the difference!!! Its in my hospital pics...let me know what you think!!!
