Back up to 190'

Why is this its been so hard to get out and excerscie and when I do excersice I feel tired so I need a nap,  I get tired more now, but i know that I need to drink my water and I do that but the exercise is not working for me.  I can't seem to get it together but I did gain weight and I cannot seem to get it back down.  What should I do?  Any Ideas  Im in need of some really badly.

I have not lost a pound and I am feeling that I can eat more than before - its been a terrible winter and I can't get to the gym and I have been cooped up in the house, but the weather is getting better -  I need to lose another 50lbs before I can even discuss plastic surgery but I feel that I gained but not that much but its still not good.  I want to go back on JUST PROTEIN Liquids for a moth or 2 with water and excercise .  Is that safe or a good idea.  I need a boost.  I need motivation again.  MORE MORE WEIGHT  LOSS.  ANyone can help would be greatly appreciated.  Thats all for now I am @ 188-190 now, but I need to get down to 130 or at least 140

Hi again
Today November 18th 2007, for the last 3 days I went down more so now i was 187-185-182.0
Now My lowest is 182.0 as of yesterday morning
Yay!!!
Still I have a long way to go....But its all good.....

FInally I lost more
105lbs now I weigh 183.4
Yay!!!!  I guess it was time for my body to change!!!
so now my bmi is 42.5 from 66.9
 Soon I will be 180lbs

It's been 3 months almost that I didn't lose a pound.  I am doing everything right, drinking water 2 liters, staying away from carbs, and excersice 4-5 times a week at the gym, but I might be increasing my portions.  I do measure the foods into a CUP measure but sometime sits a bit over a cup, but I am not over eating.  So what will jump start the weight loss again, I had surgery July 19th 2006 and my time is almost up to get to my goal weight of 150lbs.  does anyone have any advice for me....   PLEASE HELP!!!!

For the past month, I weighed about 185-190 so gained 5 lbs.  its not that im not excersicing and drinking my water-eating too much.  how do I get out of this plateau, and lose more weight, my time is almost up and I need some help.  Please and advice would be greatly appreiciated.  Thanks

I am at a Stand Still and I am gaining a bit of weight, but I can't figure it out.  I lost 100lbs then I gained 3 lost 2 gained 2 its been happening too often  I am drinking my water and excersicing but i am still not loosing.  I have another 6 months to lose more than 40 lbs and I can't seem to get it together.  I am not doing anything bad.  But my body seems not to want to lose anymore.  I am going to try to just keep up my water and excersice.  Then try no carbs for a week or 2.  Maybe that will help.....

Why is this happening?  Anyhow thats my story for now.
