Hello again.  I am stuck in the same place for a while now and I really am getting frustrated, I am 11 months post op and I lost 98lbs but i thought i would have been already down 120lbs.  I guess my system is very slow and it was that slow before surgery.  But I am still extremely happy about the weight I lost, 98lbs in nothing to be pissed about....
I am excersicing almost everyday and drinking 2.5lts a day and my eating is not that much, I am eating but I am so carefull.  So why am \i NOT losing more
WHY AM I GETTING STUCK SO OFTEN!!!!
NEED SOME HELP!!!!!!!

Hi everyone...  I know I didn't update in a while but I wasn't making that much progress but I decided to see and I am now @ 190.4 from pre-op 288.  So I have 2 more lbs to get to my 100lbs and thats incredible .  I'm was jumping and screaming.  But I still have a long way to go but its getting there.  I'm so pleased with my efforts and the weight loss.  I hope that I make my 120lbs goal by my next post op appointment on September 10th.  I have had lots of plateaux and not loosing but now I am doing better..

Update when I hit my 100lbs mark.  See you all SOON.....     Missy

So far since my surgery 80lbs in 8 months
But its going slower but its going down....

Hope it gests better and faster..... But its still great

I am reaching a point now that I am not losing and I am plateauing more often at almost 7 months post op, I did reach 70lbs, but now its up 3 and I lost it the next day but today which is Feb. 14th I gained 3lbs again, but why is this happening, I did eat all my protein adn Im doing my water but I hurt  my leg so I could do the gym for a few days but Im still moving around the house and doing other things like my BALL, but why AM I GAINING WEIGHT!!!!, Im doing what I am suppost to do.  Can anyone help me!!!

I did it I reached another one of my many goals.

I am at 71lbs now...  From 288lbs to 217lbs 
So I guess the surgery is working for me - Well I should hope so....

Hi Its Missy, 
I am now at a point where people make really great comments about how I look and it really feels great to feel and look great from being very overweight since childhood and now being on the road to a New and happy Life its fantastic......  Now I am at 219lbs from being 288lbs, before surgery.  I made my mini goals of losing 10 lbs at a time well now its been more than that so its almost 70lbs in 6 months....  Being able to buy smaller sizes in clothing and making a huge change in my routine its incredible......   I joined a GYM, so i will try to go 3-4 times a week to make sure that I keep up my weightloss....  My next goal is to be less than 200lbs   that will happen hopefully before spring time.  But I am not getting my hopes up but that is my next goal

I can't believe it.  Its happening for me.  MY First BIG GOAL    50lbs

November4th 2006 I went shopping and now I fit into a size 2x pants, no more 5x's Im so excited, I still can't wait to see more of a weight loss but its going very well Im very pleased.  All my clothes are getting big on me.  YAY NEED NEW CLOTHES, but I still have to wait for it.
