HELP!!!I AM DEPRESSED AND FEELING DISCOURAGED ABOUT WEIGHT LOSS

People I am still feeling fat after weight loss.  I lost 60 pounds thankfully but I am not feeling too good about still being in the 200s.  I hope I could overcome this after seeing the numbers continue to go down, which they are.  I am not eating so much still as it has only been three months since the surgery and I can not hold down alot of food.  I guess I thought this would happen overnight.  Could someone please tell me how long it took for them to go to 180 after gastric sleeve and what could I do to hasten the weight loss.
