  I NEVER KNEW THAT LIFE WAS THIS MUCH FUN.  I AM REALLY SURE THAT I WENT FROM A 6T TO A 16 AND NEVER LOOKED BACK AND NOW I AM WEARING A 12 IS THAT NOT UNREAL? WELL IT IS TO ME.  MY BMI HAS DROPPED FROM 55.8 TO 33.3 IN 7 MONTHS.  I CAN WALK AND RUN ALTHOUGH IT IS NOT A PRETTY SIGHT YOU KNOW ALL THE LOOSE SKIN AND ALL.  I NEVER THOUGHT THAT I WOULD HAVE A BODY IMAGE PROBLEM AFTER LOSING 131 LBS BUT I DO SKIN IS HANGING EVERYWHERE AND LETS NOT GO INTO WHAT USED TO BE MY BOOBS O MY GOSH I WAS WALKING BY THE BATHROOM MIRROR THE OTHER DAY TO GET IN THE SHOWER AND GOT SCARED, IT LOOKED LIKE TWO GREYHOUND DOG HEADS WERE SITTING ON MY CHEST. (FREAKED ME OUT BAD)  I ALSO NEVER KNEW THAT PEOPLE TELLING ME I LOOKED SKINNY WOULD OFFEND ME SO, I KNOW THAT I HAVE LOST WEIGHT BUT SKINNY, I BELIEVE THAT I HAVE BEEN BIG SO LONG THAT I FEEL LIKE THEY ARE MOCKING ME OR SOMETHING.   I NEVER KNEW THAT CROSSING YOUR LEGS WAS SO FUN I DO IT SO MUCH I AM GOING TO GET A BLOOD CLOT.  I NEVER KNEW THAT I WOULD MEET MY BEST FRIEND AND GO ON THIS WONDERFUL JOURNEY WITH HER (NOT WITHOUT A LITTLE FRIENDLY COMPETITION) IT KEEPS US ON OUR TOES. 

WEll 6 months have come and gone and i am still here not near as much of me but here just the same.  I have lost 126lbs finally in ONEDERLAND  i weigh  t99 and am finally in a size i am not ashamed of 14 dont remember those at any other point in my life  Life is good and busy because it can be now every move i make is not forced and it feels good to exercise and play with my baby.  Saturday i went out with my girls and actually didnt mind having my picture taken i dont know how to upload them but when  i figure it out i will put them on here.   o yea the best part about wearing a 14 pants is that i started in a 30.  i fit in one leg of my fat jeans like i said life is good. i will try to update more often.  just keep your head up and the pounds will fall away. 

Three Months Out and 95lbs gone forever.  I have lost 45% of my excess body weight I am loving life. I can walk hey I can run I can play I can love me again and you have to love yourself before you love anyone else and now I can.  Thank you to Brick Chick for being that friend I have needed for years and now I have.

 Things I can do now :
    * Walk more than 100 yards with 
       out thinking that I will die
    *Dance
    * Sit closer to the stearing wheel in the
       car with out touching it. 
     * Cross my legs
     * Wear 5 size smaller clothes
     * Tie my shoes in the middle
     * Love Life again
     ECT.........

WOW!!!  Now that was an experience.  I am home from surgery and I fell ok I must confess that i was not expecting the GAS pains but for all of you that are going to have surgery I reccomend that you ROCK, WALK and PASS GAS LIKE A MULE.  I am a touch tired now but you will hear from me later.Thank you all for your prayers.   Misty

I would like to take a miniute to tell you about friend.  On March 15th I went to a nutrition meeting at St.Francis there was a lady there that was very talkative and was really helpfull and she even told the dietitian where  to find the Soy milk that she had been looking for.  While she was talking and she did some talking HA!! HA!! I heard her say that she had the same kind of Insurance that I had so I went over and spoke to her we talked for a while and she gave me her cell number just in case I had any questions.  I called and talked to her and we became friends.  She is 1month and 1 week post-op and I am going in Friday.  Last Saturday she came to my house and brought a care package of two weeks worth of things that I can eat after surgery and all of her clothes that have out grown her.  I know that all of this makes her sound like an angel but it gets better.  She is going to stay at the hospital with me both days so that my husband can be home with our three year old daughter.  Now I have alot of friends but I have to say that she holds a special place in my heart.

Well I have been so busy trying to get ready for surgery I havent had time to post.  So last Thursday I was sitting in my office and the phone rang while I was talking to the person on the phone I could hear the indicator that I had a mesage.  I checked my mesage and it was my surgons office wanting to know if we could move my surgery up a few days.  DUH!!!!!!!!!  Of course we can.  So my surgery was moved to August 3rd.  My husband is a little apprehensive because his father passed away a year ago on that date but I know that this is GODs will or it would not happen.  I am so excited.  EVERYONE PLEASE SAY A PRAYER FOR ME.

Well it is about time for surgery.  I went to the hospital today and had all of my pre-op lab, x-rays and EKG done today.  I have no idea how to change that thing over there that says I am hoping to have surgery but it is scheduled for August 7th 2007 I have to be there at 6:30 am.  Wish me luck.
