"My first impression of him was that he was very informative and knowlegeable. Some of the staff there is sometimes testy-maybe just stressed? He addresses the pros/cons of surgery but did not talk much about aftercare. I don't know if he should have been more proactive with more information or if it should have been me. Now that I know more there are more things that I would have liked to find out, I probably should call him.
I did end up calling him with questions and he answered them and he was super nice about it. He took time and really made me feel comfortable.
