Hi Marcie, don't beat yourself up and remember eating too little is just as bad as eating too much of the wrong things. It will get better as time goes on. You didn't gain all that weight in a brief moment and it won't come off in a brief moment. Keep us posted on your progress. BIGGHUGGZZZZ
