Diet Day 1

Well yesterday I got my Itinerary from my surgeon and I am to be on a modified Atkins diet. So let me tell you what I have had today. This morning I had 2 lean beef patties and that was it. At lunch I had a cappuchino Coffee protein smoothie and tonight I am having a salad. My salad consists of romaine lettuce. red lettuce spinich, onions, celery, cherry tomatoes cucumber parmesan cheese and 2tbs spoons of sugar free raspberry vinaigrette. I was suprised how good it was. I always wanted to try something outside my usual ranch, french or thousandIsland but was afraid to. Well half way through my salad and I am FULL. I won't say that come 10pm I won't be starving but I got that taken care of too. I also bought brocolli and cauliflower to nibble on. Anyway Im going to try and do a daily meal post to help me stay on the right track. Thanks for listening to me as I go from the old me to a brand new better me! Love ya'll. Melissa
