I had my surgery on May 21, 2014. I am needing to get back on track with protein 1st and keeping track of what I am eating. 

How many calories a day should I be eating to lose some weight?  Moderately active

I had my surgery on May 21 2014 and have loved every moment of my journey.  Some bad habits have creeped back in so I am getting back on track.  Joined a gym and go 2 to 3 times a week, back to protein 1st and less of the bad stuff lol

1st Opti - I am having my 1st opti right now... Vanilla...  and the verdict is.  It is ok, not awful but this is going to be a long 3 weeks.  Thank goodness there is a prize at the end. lol
