Weight Watcher on Cruise Ship

Been a while since I have been on here to blodg but I must share this.My hubby and I returned today from 7 day cruise to the Bahamas. I really wasn't excited about this trip for various reasons but I went because I am grateful to have a husband that loves me so much to take me on a much needed vacation. Anyway...... on the cruise we were out to sea for 2 days going from Key West Florida to Freeport Bahamas. We decided to sit out on the deck these particular days and chill. While hubby jams himself into a peaceful afternoon nap with his IPOD, I decided to put down my book and people watch. I was sad within an hour. Everyone around me was obese. I dint say over weight I said obese. There were so many people around me obese, using canes, using walkers, and about 5 motorized scooters on board. As i was looking around, the people were indulging in several mixed cocktails and abundance of food. I got so sad!  I woke up my husband and said....Baby look around us....so many people are so over weight and have so many health issues. He kinda rolled over and said they are old. I said not look at them again they look old due to illness......He said you are right.....I was hoping and praying that I wasn't tripping and being obsessed by weight but I know what my eyes saw......i look good for my age i think and i want to continue to look good so I'm trying even harder !
