IT'S BEEN A WHILE ....

OK AM I CONSIDER A LURKER....I'M ON THIS SITE EVERY FEW DAYS. I READ ALOT YET NEVER REALLY WRITE OR GIVE MY OPINION! I'M GOING TO WORK ON THAT .....SO HEARS AN UPDATE:
1. CONTROLLING HEAD HUNGER BETTER
2. STARTED WITH PERSONAL TRAINER 1 WEEK AGO
3. WORKING WITH A MEAL PLAN
4. TRYING TO DRINK WATER EVERYDAY
5. CONSIDERING A FILL THE 1ST OF THE YEAR
6. GAVE UP LAYS POTATO CHIP( THIS WAS A BIG ONE)
7.CUT BACK ON THE WINE IN THE EVENING
8. STILL HAVE HOPE!

SO THE PERSONAL TRAINING THUS FAR HAS BEEN GOOD. SHES STEARN BUT IN A GOOD WAY. SHE MAKE ME PUSH MYSELF AND I FEEL DETERMINED. SHE TOOK MY PICTURE TODAY AND TOLD ME THIS WAS THE LAST DAY OF ME LOOKING LIKE THIS.THAT MADE MY DAY. I AM HAVING ONE PROBLEM THOUGH. MY BLOOD SUGARS DROP AND I  GET NAUSEATED WHEN WE ARE WORKING THE ABS AND THE LOWER BODY. SHE SAID IT IS OKAY AND WILL SOON PASS. I HOPE THIS WILL HAPPEN SOON BECAUSE I HATE THIS FEELING! AT FIRST I WAS EMBARRASSED BUT I PUT MY BIG GIRL PANTIES ON AND GOT OVER IT.

I USUALLY TEASE MY DAUGHTERS AND SAY I'M THEIR OLDER SISTER BUT FOR THE LAST WEEK OR TWO I AM DEFINITELY THEIR MOTHER.  PLEASE KEEP ME IN YOUR PRAYERS!
