Excited

Well today was my second doctor's appointment and everything went really good. I am now at 421.2 that is a 8 pound loss in the last month -- i am sooooo happy as long as i continue in that direction. I also have my blood work done  -- vit. D a little low so add another pill to take but only 1 a week so not to bad. My chest x-ray, GB ultrasound, EKG, And stress test all looked good. So i am now on a roll. I see the Dietian and Psychologist for the 1st time on June 18th, then Dr. desimone office again on July 10th, second dietian on July 16th, and back to my sleep apnea doctor on August 18th. I am so excited i am heading in the correct direction for the first time in a very long time -- just hope it continues --i have been doing good not being at work for the last 3 months but i return to work part time on monday --i can not wait I have been sooo board. And i am actually getting excited for my birthday is coming up so fast on June 9th. Well that is it for now.  Hope everyone else is having a great day!
