POST SURGERY

I  had surgery on 7/31 it was a bumpy start but i'm feeling pretty good considering. I have god is truly good, and takes care of his children. I went in for my 2 week  dr. appt/ nut appt. and the clinical staff  called my name and went to the desk staff to find out if I was still in the waiting room because I didn't look like I'd just had surgery. I'm trying to get use to the new eating habits ...30 minute rule and sip sip, sip.  It is a challenge but i'm up to it.  I just feel so blessed to have the chance to change my life.
