OMG! It has been so long since I last came here- I am so sorry but life is crazy!! I just wanted to stop and say hello and that I am keeping my weight off and happy with my after surgery life!!! Best holiday season for each of you!!   xoxoxoxoxoxo

I am sorry it took me so long to show up here... busy, busy, busy plus I was in Brazil for Thanksgiving!!

I am back here!!!

YES, I have lost more weight, not a lot... I am at 111, 113 lbs now.... Just had my one year and half visit with Dr. Macik, I LOVE HIM!! HE IS THE BEST!!!

Feel great!
I am down to where I actually wanted to be, 5 pounds below my initial goal which was 120... I am 115 lbs now and no more!  I need to keep working hard and following the "rules"... my NEW LIFE RULES!! More important than anything, be happy!  Live a normal BALANCED life!!
Yesterday, I just signed up with a personal trainer... I dont mind putting some muscle back on my body... I will start training with him at the end of the month and I will do for 2 months for now... It's just too expensive but I think it is important so I can have some more focus on a pesonalized program for my type of body and for my needs- I will keep you guys posted but I will be doing twice a week.

I am sooooooooo excited!! I am currently size zero and weight 116- I have lost 122 pounds in 14 months! I feel great and healthy!!
I have not been here, and I am sorry for that, was just having too much fun enjoying the summer!!!

Take Care and "dont snack"... I know its hard! I do it myself sometimes.... BUT if you do, make sure its health stuff, no sugar, low carbs, hi protein!!

OMG!!! I CAN'T BELIEVE I DID IT!!!!!

Well.... actually I CAN!!!!! LOT's of efforts and will power!!! Lots os water and water arobics!!!!!  LOL
